By using this website or requesting a tour through WhatsApp, telephone, email or another communication channel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Website Purpose
This website provides information about ATV tours, Jeep Safari tours, classic car tours, electric classic vehicle tours and related tourism services available in Cappadocia.
The website mainly allows visitors to request prices, availability and tour information through WhatsApp. Sending a form or WhatsApp message does not by itself create a confirmed reservation.
3. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation becomes valid only after Bayar Travel confirms the requested tour, date, guest number, pickup details, price and payment conditions in writing through WhatsApp, email or another agreed communication channel.
Availability may change until the reservation is formally confirmed. Bayar Travel is not responsible for services that have only been requested but not confirmed.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices may vary depending on the selected tour, date, duration, number of guests, vehicle type, private service requirements and seasonal availability.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed or communicated are based on the information available at the time of the enquiry. The final price will be confirmed before the reservation is completed.
Available payment methods, deposit requirements, remaining balance and payment deadlines will be communicated during the reservation process.
This website does not process online payments unless an online payment option is clearly displayed and confirmed by Bayar Travel.
5. Guest Information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

- Selected tour and preferred date
- Number of guests
- Hotel or pickup location
- Any medical condition, accessibility requirement or special request
Bayar Travel is not responsible for problems caused by incomplete, incorrect or outdated information supplied by the guest.
6. Tour Times and Hotel Pickup
Pickup and departure times may vary according to the season, sunrise or sunset time, weather conditions, traffic, hotel location and operational requirements.
Guests must be ready at the confirmed pickup point at the stated time. Late arrival may result in a shortened tour or missed departure without refund.
Guests must provide the correct hotel name and location before the tour. Pickup may not be available from every property or area. In such cases, a nearby meeting point may be provided.
7. ATV Tour Conditions
Guests participating in ATV tours must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide. Helmets and other required safety equipment must be used during the activity.
Guests must not operate an ATV while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that may affect safe driving.
The guide may prevent a guest from driving or may stop participation where the guest creates a safety risk, ignores instructions or uses the vehicle irresponsibly.
8. Jeep, Classic Car and Electric Vehicle Tours
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, vehicles used for Jeep Safari, classic car and electric classic tours are operated by authorised drivers. Guests are not permitted to drive these vehicles.
Vehicle model, colour, seating capacity and route may change according to availability and operational conditions. Images shown on the website are representative and do not guarantee a specific vehicle unless confirmed in writing.
9. Weather and Operational Changes
Outdoor tours are affected by weather, road and environmental conditions. Bayar Travel may change the route, departure time, duration, vehicle or meeting point where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Hot air balloon views are not guaranteed. Balloon flights are operated by independent companies and may be cancelled because of weather conditions or decisions made by the relevant aviation authorities.
Where a tour cannot operate, Bayar Travel may offer an alternative date, alternative service or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary according to the tour, date, vehicle allocation, group size and services reserved.
The specific cancellation conditions communicated to the guest before the reservation is confirmed form part of the booking agreement and take precedence over general website information.
Guests must send cancellation requests through the same WhatsApp number, email address or communication channel used for the reservation. A cancellation is valid only after it has been received and acknowledged by Bayar Travel.
No refund may be provided for missed departures, late arrival, unused portions of a tour or cancellations made after the applicable cancellation deadline, except where mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.
11. Guest Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully towards guides, drivers, staff, other guests, vehicles, local communities and the natural environment.
Bayar Travel may end a guest’s participation without refund where the guest:
- Creates a danger to themselves or others
- Damages a vehicle or equipment
- Ignores safety instructions
- Uses threatening, abusive or disruptive behaviour
- Participates while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Guests may be responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligent use of vehicles and equipment.
12. Health and Personal Responsibility
Guests are responsible for deciding whether a tour is suitable for their physical condition, health, age and experience.
Pregnant guests, guests with serious medical conditions and guests with mobility limitations should contact Bayar Travel before making a reservation. Participation may be restricted where an activity creates a significant health or safety risk.
13. Photography and Video
Guests may take photographs and videos for personal use unless restrictions are communicated at a specific location.
Professional photography, drone use, wedding photography, costume services and other special arrangements are not included unless confirmed separately.
Bayar Travel will not use identifiable photographs or videos of guests for commercial promotion without an appropriate legal basis or permission.
14. Third-Party Services
Some services may be provided with the assistance of hotels, drivers, photographers, activity operators or other third-party suppliers.
Bayar Travel is not responsible for independent services that have not been included in and confirmed as part of the reservation.
15. Website Content
Tour descriptions, routes, photographs, durations and availability information are provided for general guidance. Bayar Travel may update or correct website content without prior notice.
All website content, including text, branding, graphics and original images, may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory consumer rights and authorised consumer dispute-resolution procedures remain unaffected.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any concern by contacting Bayar Travel directly. Where no solution can be reached, the competent authorities and courts determined under applicable law may be used.
